PRODUCTS & PRICING:

PAYMENT:
- We accept payments through Razorpay, other secure payment methods, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
- For online payments: Payment must be completed before order processing
- For COD orders: Payment due upon delivery to our delivery partner
- COD may have additional charges as displayed at checkout
- All transactions are processed securely

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
- Orders processed within 1-2 business days
- Delivery times vary by location
- Shipping charges apply as displayed at checkout
- COD orders require customer to be available at delivery address

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
- House of Amshuka is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of products

GOVERNING LAW:
- These terms are governed by Indian law
- Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Indian courts
