PROCESSING TIME:
- Orders processed within 1-2 business days
- COD orders may require additional verification
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays processed next business day

SHIPPING METHODS:
- Standard delivery across India
- Express delivery available in select cities
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available
- Free shipping on orders above certain amount (if applicable)

DELIVERY TIME:
- Metro cities: 2-4 business days
- Other cities: 4-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
- COD orders may take 1-2 additional days

SHIPPING CHARGES:
- Calculated at checkout based on location and weight
- COD charges may apply
- Free shipping thresholds displayed at checkout

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid phone number and complete address required
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- ID proof may be required for COD orders

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
- Multiple delivery attempts will be made
- Packages returned to us after failed delivery attempts
- Customer responsible for reshipment charges
