We accept exchanges based on availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we'll provide store credit for the order value.

Damaged or Defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos within 24 hours. Unboxing video is mandatory for claims. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. We will resolve genuine quality issues on a case-by-case basis.
