REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At House of Amshuka, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

EXCEPTIONS:
- Defective or damaged products upon delivery
- Wrong items shipped due to our error
- Payment processing errors

REFUND PROCESS:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for defective items
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
